Shipping policy

Every order at VEDICLANE undergoes a meticulous quality control process. For
physical items like Gemstones and Rudraksha, the processing period is typically 3 to
7 business days. This duration is necessary for authenticating the stones via
independent labs and, more importantly, for the "Shuddhikaran" and "Abhimantrit"
(spiritual energization) processes performed by our Vedic priests. We ensure that
every product reaches you not just as a stone, but as a potent spiritual tool.
Shipping Timelines:
● Domestic Shipments (India): We partner with premium logistics providers (like
BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC) to ensure delivery within 5 to 9 business days
post-dispatch.
● International Shipments: For our global clients, shipping usually takes 15 to 30
business days. Please note that international timelines are subject to customs
clearance procedures in your home country, which are beyond our control.
● Tracking: Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number will be updated on your
dashboard and sent via email/SMS.
Duties and Liabilities: For international orders, the customer is the "Importer of
Record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Any Import Duties, Customs Taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country are the
sole responsibility of the customer. VEDICLANE is not liable for packages confiscated
by customs or delayed due to incorrect address formatting provided by the user. If a
package is returned to us due to non-payment of duties or incorrect address, the
shipping cost will be deducted from any potential refund
