Refund policy

Physical Merchandise (Gemstones & Rudraksha): At VEDICLANE, we take immense
pride in the authenticity of our spiritual products. However, if you receive a product
that is physically damaged or significantly different from the description, you are
entitled to a return or exchange.
● The 48-Hour Rule: Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of the
delivery timestamp provided by the courier.
● Mandatory Documentation: To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require a
continuous Unboxing Video (starting from showing the sealed label to opening
the box and inspecting the item). Without this video, no refund or replacement
request will be entertained.
● Return Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused
condition, including all original tags, lab certificates, and protective packaging.
Digital and Consultative Services: Please be advised that all Astrology Services,
including but not limited to PDF Reports, Phone Consultations, Video Calls, and
personalized Puja services, are deemed "Final Sale." These services are highly
personalized and involve significant intellectual time and expert resources. Once the
order is placed and the birth data is processed, we cannot offer a refund. If you
provide incorrect birth data, we allow one free correction within 24 hours; however, no
refunds will be issued for predictions based on user-provided errors.
Cancellation Framework: You may cancel an order for a physical product within 12
hours of placement or before it enters the "Processing" stage. For live consultations,
you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to
attend a scheduled call without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the
consultation fee
